Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Kry Livis is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a part-time associate at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits 2. Excellent emotional intelligence and project management skills 3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment 6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 7. Fluency in English and Swedish
