Job Description:

ABB Sweden is seeking a reliable and resilient Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible work arrangement and enjoys working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment - Resilient in handling difficult customer situations and able to adapt to changes quickly - Strong decision-making skills and ability to persuade customers effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
