Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Spotify, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and escalating technical issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Representing Spotify in a positive and professional manner at all times

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated and driven attitude - Time management skills - Presentation skills
