Job Description - Remote Customer Service Associate


Job Description: Tobii Technology is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time associate at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. With at least 2 years of experience in customer service, you will be expected to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information with energy and dedication.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints with creativity and a problem-solving mindset - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Energetic and dedicated personality - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in English and Swedish (additional languages are a plus) - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
