Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

J.Lindeberg is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Associate in Uppsala, SE. This entry-level position is perfect for those who are confident, energetic, adaptable, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers - Contribute to a positive and supportive working environment

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience is preferred - Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent required - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Fluency in English and Swedish is required
