Job Description:

Camfil is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and work from home. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority, requiring at least one year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Maintaining accurate customer records and information in our database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and KPIs

Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
