Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Zound Industries is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team in a work-from-home position based in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Input customer data accurately into our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently - Proficiency in analysis to identify customer needs and provide solutions - Ability to work remotely and maintain a productive work environment - Must have a reliable internet connection and a designated workspace - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
