Job Description:
Looklet, a leading fashion technology company based in Uppsala, SE, is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Track and report key metrics related to customer service performance and quality
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle high-pressure situations - Persuasive and able to influence others to achieve positive outcomes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
