Job Description:
Epiroc is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage a team of customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve service quality - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions for the department - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide training and development opportunities for staff - Use innovative approaches to enhance customer service delivery
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Experience in using data and analytics to drive strategic initiatives - Proven track record of leading a high-performing customer service team - Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who require it - Must be able to work part-time hours - Ability to travel occasionally as needed
