Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


J.Lindeberg is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service and possess the necessary confidence and resilience to excel in this role.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the customer service team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes - Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success - Confident and resilient personality traits to effectively manage customer interactions - Strong communication and project management skills to lead a team and drive initiatives forward - Experience with CRM software and systems to streamline customer service operations - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
