Job Description:
Fjällräven, a renowned outdoor apparel and equipment company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to drive customer retention and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market. 8. Drive initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty through various channels, including social media and email.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of managing a team and achieving customer service goals. 2. Hardworking and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong research and negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns and issues. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
