Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Quinyx, a leading workforce management software company based in Stockholm, is seeking a talented Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed - Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service - Drive customer retention and loyalty initiatives - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
