Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Snow Software is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Train and coach team members to enhance their customer service skills - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Drive innovation in customer service processes and systems - Manage customer service budgets and expenses - Build strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service - Passionate and hardworking individual - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
