Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Manager at Acast, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. You will be expected to lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team while also managing day-to-day operations efficiently. This role requires a high level of communication skills, as you will be expected to liaise with various departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and address concerns - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Passionate and hardworking attitude - Ability to conduct research and implement innovative solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience working in a remote team environment is preferred - Ability to work flexible hours as needed
