Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Mojang Studios in Stockholm. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our remote customer service operations. You will lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and service.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery - Set performance goals and KPIs for the team and track progress towards achieving them - Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service management, with at least 7 years of experience - Strong project management and communication skills - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Experience managing remote teams is a plus - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
