Job description:
We are seeking a confident and resourceful Customer Service Manager to join our team at Teenage Engineering in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures. 7. Conduct research and analysis to identify customer trends and preferences. 8. Implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience. 4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve under pressure. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service management software. 6. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
