Job Description:
Electrolux Professional is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to drive customer loyalty. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Train and onboard new customer service employees to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continually enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Passionate and hardworking with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 5. Excellent critical thinking and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
