Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Re:newcell in Stockholm, SE. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our customer service team to ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and supervise a team of customer service representatives. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience. 6. Develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 6. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits. 7. Persuasion and problem-solving skills. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
