Job Description:
Budbee is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Manager to work from home in Uppsala, SE. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in customer service roles. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service - Monitor customer interactions to ensure prompt and accurate responses - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a professional and courteous manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the customer service team
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service roles - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits
