Job Description:
ABB Sweden is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of relevant experience at the mid-to-senior level. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data - Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus
