Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Nyckel, a growing company in Uppsala, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction 3. Process orders and handle returns or exchanges 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Resourceful and driven personality traits 3. Strong attention to detail and communication skills 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in computer systems and software 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
