Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Epidemic Sound is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and possess excellent persuasion and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining customer records and updating databases as needed - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
