Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer at Thule Group, located in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders and returns accurately - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and information in the database
