Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Tobii Technology, a leading provider of eye-tracking technology, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Identify customer trends and suggest process improvements


Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong creativity and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and solve problems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
