Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at SKF in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This role requires someone who is confident in their abilities to communicate effectively and independently manage their workload.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide professional and timely responses - Process orders and ensure accurate delivery to customers - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a courteous and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in strategic planning and project management to improve customer service processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently - Strong project management skills and strategic planning abilities - Confident and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
