Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our team at Budbee in Stockholm, SE. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support to our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with any questions they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with placing orders. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 3. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 4. Strong decision-making and project management skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
