Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Koenigsegg Automotive AB, a prestigious automotive company based in Sollentuna, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding - Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and KPIs


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and provide insights for improvement - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work remotely and manage workload effectively - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
