Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at Wrapp in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
