Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Securitas AB in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring the security and safety of the premises.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities - Conduct regular security patrols around the premises - Work closely with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for all - Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and activities - Assist with emergency response procedures as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong teamwork and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
