Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Happy Socks is seeking a hardworking and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time, entry-level position offers the opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic and innovative working environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, order status, and general support - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously update knowledge of products, promotions, and policies

Requirements: - Strong negotiation and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
