Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at LeoVegas, located in Uppsala, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global customer base. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Managing customer accounts and providing support with account-related issues - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Building rapport with customers to promote loyalty and retention

Requirements: - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and situations - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience working in a customer service role for at least 3 years
