Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Oatly is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles who is hardworking and independent. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders and returns efficiently - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Hardworking and independent personality traits - Strong research and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
