Job description:
Mindler is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess a high level of energy and resilience to handle varying customer needs and inquiries.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and understanding 3. Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently 5. Maintain customer records and follow up with customers as needed 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service role for at least 3 years 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions 3. Strong adaptability and creativity in problem-solving 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
