Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Lifesum, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to our users. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues that our customers may have, and it will be up to you to ensure that they receive prompt and helpful assistance. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly on your feet.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process customer orders and returns - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Reliable and dedicated personality traits - Attention to detail and negotiation soft skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
