Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative at Epiroc in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders accurately and efficiently - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and dependable - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
