Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Kry Livi is seeking a driven and resourceful Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Handle incoming customer calls and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 3. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to offer accurate information to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Utilize planning and presentation skills to effectively communicate solutions to customers. 7. Support other team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong planning and presentation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
