Job Description:

Budbee is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
