Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Einride is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and energetic, with strong planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions - Monitor customer feedback and trends to continuously improve service quality - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptability and energy to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and people management skills
