Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Polestar. As a leading electric vehicle company based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE, we are looking for someone who is resilient, resourceful, and possesses strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Manage customer accounts and troubleshoot technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in leadership and negotiation roles is a plus
