Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

ABB Sweden is seeking a dynamic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, and possess a strong attention to detail and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times - Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Embracing a culture that challenges norms and encourages bold thinking

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Resourceful and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and Swedish
