Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Stockholm, SE. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to meet quality service standards. 6. Continuously improving customer service skills through training and development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Resourceful and confident in handling challenging situations with customers. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service a plus.
