**Job Description:**
As a Customer Service Representative at Happy Socks, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, product inquiries, and general inquiries. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and recommendations - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and composed manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor trends and provide feedback on customer concerns to the management team
**Requirements:**
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
