Job Description:
Electrolux is seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative working from home. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service and is looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 4. Confidence in dealing with customers from various backgrounds. 5. Motivated and goal-oriented mindset. 6. Adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks. 7. Strong planning and organizational skills. 8. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
