Job Description:
Instabox is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers. 7. Utilize feedback from customers to suggest improvements and enhance service delivery. 8. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 5. Driven and energetic personality traits. 6. Strong cooperation and research skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education is a plus.
