Remote Customer Service Specialist

Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Essity, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. The ideal candidate will have a reliable and driven personality, with excellent time management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process customer orders and returns - Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Reliable and driven personality - Strong time management skills - Excellent persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication skills in English
