Job Description:
Nyckel, a leading company in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet. 6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
