Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at SKF in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role does not require any prior experience in customer service but does require individuals who are passionate and confident in their abilities.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as resolving any customer issues or concerns - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's high standards - Utilize innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer problems - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service - Confidence in dealing with a variety of customer personalities and situations - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
