Job Description: Paradox Interactive is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate and energetic about providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review and improvement - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer support
