Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, either in person, over the phone, or via email 2. Provide product information, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer complaints or issues 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently 4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the store tidy 5. Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service procedures and enhance the overall customer experience 6. Stay up-to-date on Nudie Jeans products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 7. Assist with inventory management, including receiving new merchandise and conducting regular stock checks 8. Uphold company values and represent the brand positively at all times

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Driven and energetic personality, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively 6. Proficiency in using computers and basic retail software 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed 8. Fluency in English and Swedish is preferred
