Job Description - Customer Service Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a confident and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team at J.Lindeberg in Sollentuna, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and strong analytical skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Assist customers with product information, sizing, and styling advice - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Confidence and passion for delivering top-notch customer service - Creativity and analytical skills to provide innovative solutions
